The FY Series ball screw features an external ball recirculation tube design that enables larger ball diameters and higher load capacities than internal return designs of equivalent nut size. The external tube architecture provides unrestricted ball circulation paths, reducing ball-to-ball friction and enabling smoother operation under heavy loading. Available in diameters from 16mm to 100mm, the FY Series handles the most demanding force requirements in industrial machinery.
Offered in C3 (ground) and C3 (ground) accuracy grades, FY ball screws balance precision with cost-effectiveness for a wide range of heavy industrial applications. The FYZ variant adds an integral mounting flange to the nut body. External recirculation tubes are easily accessible for inspection and maintenance, and the design accommodates higher lead angles than internal return circuits can typically manage.
