Electric Spindles

Linear Guideways

- 15mm to 65mm rail widths — standard, long, and short block configurations

Ball Screws
Ground and rolled precision ball screws for CNC machine tool axis drives. C3/C5 ground accuracy and C7 rolled, from 8mm to 100mm diameter with single and double nut configurations.
- Ground C3/C5 and rolled C7 — thread-ground to 0.008mm/300mm lead accuracy (C3)
- Diameter 8mm to 100mm — standard metric leads from 2mm to 40mm
- Single and double nut — flanged and cylindrical nut body styles with internal ball returns
- DIN 69051 compliant — standardized end machining for direct motor or pulley coupling
- 5 standard series — SFU, DFU, SFE, SFK, and precision-ground K-type series
Precision Bearings
Super-precision angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings for machine tool spindles. P4/P2 (ABEC-7/9) grades with steel or ceramic hybrid rolling elements. Bore range 10mm to 500mm.
- P4/P2 ABEC-7/9 accuracy — ISO 492 / DIN 620 compliance for spindle bearing applications
- Angular contact and cylindrical roller — 15 and 25 degree contact angles, single and double row
