LGSW Series Wide-Type Rolling Linear Guideway

The LGSW Series is Luoyang Songju's wide-type linear guideway, engineered for applications where a single rail must support significant moment loads that would overwhelm a standard-width guideway. By increasing the rail width and widening the bolt pattern, the LGSW dramatically increases the allowable overturning moment capacity. This enables single-rail configurations that eliminate the cost, alignment complexity, and space requirements of parallel rail installations.

Built on the proven 4-row recirculating ball architecture of the LGS Series, LGSW guideways share the same ball contact geometry, seal design, and manufacturing standards while extending the footprint for enhanced stability. The wider rail cross-section also provides a larger heat dissipation area, enabling higher duty cycles in high-speed cantilever applications. Available in rail widths from 20mm to 65mm in precision grades P and H, LGSW guideways are the definitive solution for cantilever axes, single-rail gantries, and compact machine designs where space precludes dual-rail setups.
