High-Speed Milling Spindle
210XDJ24Y32
High-speed synchronous motor spindle with ceramic hybrid bearings. 24,000 r/min, 32 kW power, and advanced water plus oil-air cooling for precision high-speed machining.
210XDJ24Y32 High-Speed Milling Spindle
The 210XDJ24Y32 is a precision high-speed synchronous motor spindle optimized for applications demanding both elevated spindle speeds and substantial metal removal capability. Operating at up to 24,000 r/min with 32 kW of continuous power and 127 Nm of torque, this spindle is ideally suited for high-speed milling of aluminum alloys, composite materials, and finish machining of hardened tool steels.
The permanent magnet synchronous motor provides excellent speed holding accuracy and rapid acceleration, while P4/P2 silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic hybrid ball bearings reduce heat generation and extend life at high rotational speeds. A dual cooling system combining a water jacket for the motor stator and oil-air lubrication for the bearings ensures stable thermal conditions even during extended high-speed operation. The HSK A63 tool interface maintains precise tool positioning at elevated speeds. Housed in a compact 210mm diameter body weighing approximately 180 kg, the 210XDJ24Y32 is designed for high-speed machining centers, graphite machining, and aluminum aerospace component production.
