The 230XDJ15G35 is a compact yet powerful synchronous motor spindle engineered for medium-to-large CNC machining centers. With 35 kW of continuous power and 223 Nm of torque delivered at up to 15,000 r/min, this spindle offers an optimal balance of speed, power, and precision for general machining, die and mold work, and production manufacturing.
The integrated motor-spindle design ensures excellent dynamic response and energy efficiency by eliminating belt and gear transmission losses. P4 precision angular contact ball bearings in a tuned preload configuration deliver runout accuracy of 1 micron or less, ensuring superior surface finish quality. A high-efficiency water-cooling jacket dissipates heat effectively even under sustained heavy loads. The HSK A63 tool interface provides fast automatic tool changes and excellent rigidity for a wide range of standard tooling. Featuring a 230mm housing diameter and weighing approximately 280 kg, this spindle integrates easily into both new machine builds and retrofit projects.
