The 125XDJ32G16 is a high-speed synchronous motor spindle designed for precision mold finishing, high-speed aluminum machining, and demanding contour milling operations. With a 125mm housing diameter, 16 kW of continuous power, and an elevated 32,000 r/min maximum speed, this spindle delivers exceptional surface finishes and rapid material removal in aluminum and hardened tool steels.
The synchronous permanent magnet motor provides constant torque across the entire speed range, ensuring stable cutting conditions from roughing to finishing. Equipped with P4-grade ceramic hybrid ball bearings in a tandem-O-tandem (TBT) arrangement, the spindle achieves superior stiffness and thermal stability at high speeds.
